Ø      After March 18 registrations will be subject to team availability and

assessed an Additional $10 per child or $20 maximum per family.

I am the parent or guardian of the above named child and hereby give my approval to his/her participation in any and all of the GYBS league activities.    I assume the risk of injury incident to such participation. Further, I do hereby waiver, release and agree to hold harmless GYBS, its board, coaches, assistants, supervisors, and all other participants and individuals involved in its action of any kind arising out of GYBS activities.   By signing this, I understand and agree with the above statements and hereby release GYBS and all said individuals from any and all such claims and liabilities.

Geneseo Youth Baseball & Softball is open to all children in the Geneseo School District.

The season will run approximately May 12 to July 11.  You should expect contact by a coach after April 20.
